The Inspectorate of Government (IGG) has today, Tuesday, 15th October, 2024 has arrested two Arua City officials and a contractor for causing financial loss of Shs24,309,153 to Arua City.
The trio allegedly inflated payment for the installation of solar security lights on Oluko Road in Arua City.
The trio includes Mr. Anthony Dradria (Senior Civil Engineer, Arua City), Mr. Sam B. Adriko (Principal Treasurer, Arua City) and Mr. Godfrey Adoroti (Managing Director, Godmax Services Ltd).
They will appear before the Anti-Corruption Court on Wednesday, 16th October, 2024.
