Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has guided parents/students who sat foe the 2024 UCE Examinations under the Old Curriculum on how to access their results.
This is contained in a press statement released today, 11th February, 2025 ahead of the official Release of the results by the First Lady and Minister for Education and Sports, Mama Janet Museveni at State House Nakasero at 11:00AM.
The statement signed off the Principal Public Relations Officer, Jennifer Kalule – Musamba says that Transitional Candidates can access their results via SMS by adding a T at the end of the Index Numbers.
For instance a candidate: Type UCE leave space, type full index number, U0000/002T, send to 6600.
Kalule says this is because Index Numbers for Transitional Candidates end with T.
The rest of the candidates can access the results using the normal procedures i.e Type UCE (Leave Space), Type full Index Number and send to 6600.
