A horny teacher at Kampala High School may not be able to forgive what he carries between his legs after a student he lusted after took him to court for allegedly sabotaging her ICT UCE Exam in 2024.
Teacher Kimuli allegedly ensured that Precious Babirye’s ICT Practical work was not submitted by repeatedly tearing her exam work every time she printed it during exam time. Eventually UNEB gave an X Grade meaning she did not sit for the exam.
Moreover, the same teacher who shouldn’t have been in the exam room in the first place, gave a faulty CD that did not work making her fail to complete her task smoothly.
She says UNEB however, quietly issued her with ‘D’ after pressure from her lawyers who ensured a Police File was opened to investigate the case.
Babirye who says she was 17 years then (2024), alleges that Kimuli asked her for sex and she turned him down. He threatened her and at one time told her, “Buy many hankies “Buy many hankies, you’ll cry later.”
Kimuli now faces charges including interfering with a Candidate’s exam, destroying exam material against Section 25 and Section 26 (b, c & d) of the UNEB Act 2021
Section 30 of the UNEB Act 2021 makes it a criminal offence for anybody including a teacher to aid, commit, or cover up any act that compromises a candidate’s performance or UNEB’s credibility.
